Is it possible to use newer versions of java?

Probably, if some of the libraries we are using do not have problems with 1.6 or newer. We could try changing the build to use the latest version at some point, it'd involve editing the language version section of the main pom.xml. --Zzorn 16:07, 25 January 2008 (MST)
