The Values read almost like the Vision headlines, so at some point we could remove duplication and remove the values section, perhaps adding a mention of values to the Vision section. One value is missing from the vision though, the concept of an immersive, enjoyable game. We'll need a good wording for that, then we can add it to the vision and do the change.
